1. Information we process
Depending on how you use BlackBotPro, we may process your email address, verified account identifier, display username, licence status, authorized-device information, application version, billing references, payment status, support correspondence, security logs and session information.
2. API credentials
When an API credential is supplied for live account verification, the system is designed to use it for that verification and not store the raw credential in the BlackBotPro customer database. The permanent verified account identifier may be stored because it is required to attach the licence to the correct account.
3. Device and licensing data
BlackBotPro may store device public-key information, a device fingerprint, device name, operating-system metadata, application version, activation status and last-seen time. These records are used to enforce device limits, protect licences and show authorized computers in the customer dashboard.
4. Billing information
We may store a checkout UUID, billing reference, amount due, currency, payment status, transaction reference and timestamps needed to match a payment to a licence. When a third-party payment service or public blockchain is used, that provider or network processes information according to its own rules.
5. Website and security logs
Server logs may include IP addresses, request times, user agent strings, error information and security events. These logs are used for service reliability, fraud prevention, abuse detection and troubleshooting.
6. Cookies and sessions
The customer dashboard uses a secure session cookie so that signed-in users can remain authenticated. Essential session cookies are used for account functionality and are not intended for advertising tracking.
7. Why information is used
Information is used to provide licences, verify account ownership, authenticate customers, manage authorized devices, process billing, prevent abuse, provide support, maintain security and improve reliability.
8. Sharing
BlackBotPro does not need to sell customer data to operate the service. Information may be shared with infrastructure, payment or security providers where necessary to deliver the service, or where disclosure is required by law.
9. Retention
Records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary for licensing, security, support, accounting, dispute handling and legal obligations. Retention periods can differ by record type.
10. Security
BlackBotPro uses measures such as HTTPS, restricted server services, signed licensing, protected device keys and access-controlled configuration. No system can promise absolute security, so users should also protect their own email, passwords, API credentials and devices.
11. Your requests
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion of certain personal information. Some records may need to be retained for security, billing, fraud prevention or legal obligations.
12. Contact
Privacy questions or requests can be sent to support@blackbot.cc.
