1. About BlackBotPro
BlackBotPro is independent desktop automation software intended for users who create and run Lua-based strategy logic. BlackBotPro is not an online casino, does not operate games of chance, and is not represented as being affiliated with or endorsed by any third-party gaming platform.
2. Eligibility and legal use
You must be at least 18 years old, or the higher legal age required where you live, and you must be legally permitted to use any third-party services that you connect to BlackBotPro. You are responsible for complying with local law and the terms of any third-party service you use.
3. Automation risk
Automation does not remove gambling risk. No script, configuration, progression or strategy is guaranteed to produce profit or recover losses. Automated activity can lose funds quickly. You are responsible for the scripts you run, the amounts you risk and the limits you choose.
4. Licence and device access
Access is provided for the plan and period shown at checkout. Unless a different plan states otherwise, one active licence authorizes up to two linked devices at the same time. The account owner may unlink an authorized device from the customer dashboard to free that slot for a replacement. Account-bound licensing and device authorization may be used to prevent sharing, duplication or unauthorized access.
5. Account information
You are responsible for providing accurate customer information and keeping your dashboard credentials secure. Do not share passwords, API credentials or access to an authorized device with people who are not permitted to use your account.
6. API credentials and third-party services
Where account verification requires an API credential, BlackBotPro uses that credential to verify the account and obtain the permanent account identity required for licensing. Third-party service availability, API behaviour, limits and rules are outside BlackBotPro's control and may change.
7. Billing and access periods
Prices, supported payment methods and access periods are shown before purchase. A payment is not treated as completed merely because a browser reaches a success page; BlackBotPro may require server-side payment confirmation before access is granted.
8. Refunds and payment disputes
Refund eligibility depends on applicable law, the status of the digital access supplied and any purchase-specific terms displayed at checkout. For a billing problem, contact support@blackbot.cc with the billing reference before opening a payment dispute where reasonably possible.
9. Acceptable use
You may not use BlackBotPro to attack services, bypass access controls, interfere with other users, distribute malware, abuse APIs, evade legal restrictions, resell unauthorized copies, reverse engineer protected licensing components where prohibited by law, or use the software for unlawful activity.
10. Availability and updates
Features may be updated, repaired, replaced or discontinued as the application evolves. Temporary maintenance, third-party outages or compatibility changes may affect availability. We may require a supported application version for continued access.
11. No warranty of profit or uninterrupted operation
BlackBotPro is supplied as software tooling. To the maximum extent permitted by law, it is provided without any promise of profit, uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every third-party change, or suitability for a particular betting strategy.
12. Limitation of responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you remain responsible for betting losses, strategy decisions, account activity, third-party restrictions and the consequences of scripts you choose to run. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the product, payment system or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
